Module description

Experts, Interpreters and Translators Journal is one of the modules of the project: Development of the Electronic Services of the Judiciary – the Information System of Electronic Services of the Judiciary (RESS – IS  ESS). The module covers the functionality required for the performance of activities of Sworn Experts, Interpreters and Translators. 

Features

• continuous record-keeping of acts of Sworn Experts,  Interpreters and Translators
• to address a request for act of Sworn Experts, Interpreters and Translators
• recording and submitting statements of Sworn Experts, Interpreters or Translators to the request
• submission of act of Sworn Experts, Interpreters and Translators to the client or to the Central Depository provided by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic
• simplification of drawing up the bill for the  act of Sworn Experts, Interpreters and Translators

The module is designated for

• Sworn Experts, Interpreters or Translators
• client, court or other public authority
• client, be it a body of public administration the budget of which forms the budget of the public administration or  an enterprise of public administration or regional self-administration
• another client – natural person or legal person

Prerequisities to the usage of module

• Internet connection and access to Internet
• Login data to the module (name and password) or ID card with the  chip (eID) and reader together with the relevant software installed
