Description of module of the Electronic Judicial File

The primary objective of the module in the Project of Development of Electronic Services of the Judiciary - The Information System of Electronic Services of Judiciary is to provide access to the electronic judicial file   to users registered on the Portal of Electronic Services of the Judiciary.

Benefits of the module are:

• the application for disclosure of the contents of the judicial file
• disclosure the contents of the judicial file, information regarding proceedings  archive of recordings of proceedings
• searching and browsing of records in Electronic Judicial File (EJF)
• register document into EJF
• information about changes in legal proceedings and also changes in EJF

The module is intended for:

• party to the judicial proceedings
• legal representative of the party to the judicial proceedings
• third party – public (primarily in case of administrative proceedings)
• interpreter, translator, notary, distrainer/ bailiff, judicial expert), 

What  is necessary to use the services of this module:

• ID card with a chip and electronic signature
• Reader of ID card and installations of software
